This is the Rolls Royce of Cat O Nine Tails, every tail is hand cut and crafted by a Qualified Australian Master Whipmaker and they have weighted and loaded the handles for perfect balance. Only first grade kangaroo hides are used in this product and is proud addition to any collect. Australians are experts in making the Cat O Nine Tails, after their extensive use in the penal colony of New South Wales (Sydney) and this tradition has been passed down to our Master Whip Maker over generations.
